Do I need to organize my data first? +
No , that's the AI's job. Drop in everything you have, in whatever state it's in. The messier the better, honestly. The AI finds the patterns.
What formats can you work with? +
Markdown, PDF, plain text, Google Docs export, Notion export, Apple Notes export, Word docs, and most text-based formats. If you can export it as text, we can compile it.
How long is 48 hours exactly? +
From the time we receive your raw data folder to delivery of your compiled vault. Standard setups (under 500 documents) consistently hit 48 hours. Complex setups (500+ documents, multiple domains) we quote separately at $3,000.
What if I want to add my own notes after setup? +
Drop them into the raw/ folder at any time. If you have a retainer, we compile on your monthly cadence. Without a retainer, you can drop in new data and trigger a re-compile for a flat fee.
Is this just an AI chatbot on my files? +
No. The AI builds a structured wiki with linked concept articles, source summaries, and a navigable index. You get a genuine knowledge base you can read and navigate, not a chat interface. Think Wikipedia, not ChatGPT.
Do I need to know anything technical? +
Not at all. We handle everything: data ingestion, compilation, formatting, and delivery. If you can use Google Drive, you can use your second brain.
